The WALX HQ live programme calendar is filling up!
Not only do we have weekly workouts EVERY day that you can join in (many are FREE if you are a DD payer with your local group) but we now also have informative sessions too
The weekly Programme includes Whole body workouts for all levels, Yoga and even Kettlesize which is a great way to compliment Nordic walking with full body strength and tone.
