How inspirational is this Chap? John at the front of the picture is now 80 but that did not stop him from walking 26 miles along the Jurassic Coast for Macmillan Cancer recently. In fact, that was only one of his many celebration events… he also had two off road mountain biking parties and a celebratory Nordic Walk with Cream Tea at the end. We think he epitomises the power of being active and as he is also a Nordic Walking UK Instructor, we know we will be seeing him out n about with his poles for years to come!
