Gill and the team have worked tirelessly to create on line Discovery Days, Training modules, Covid secure protocols and even a virtual portal so Franchisees can stay in touch with their customers.

As a brand we aim to be stronger as we come out of lockdown and our Franchisees will have more tools and more skills because they have also knuckled down and coped incredibly well. This award is a great boost and signals the way forward.
