Always ahead of the curve, we wanted to protect our walkers and leaders from the risks associated with turning up on a walk that was too difficult or unsuitable for due to medical issues. We also wanted to make sure that Instructors could manage their admin and communication, avoid taking cash in parks and also recruit leaders to lead walks for them. After 2 years in development, we launched our bespoke management and booking system EXERCISE ANYWHERE – this massively improved how people browsed, booked and paid for sessions whilst making sure their private medical details were always up to date too. The portal provided 3 secure ways to pay from pay n play and top up to direct debit and the participants had the peace of mind to know no income was passed either to NWUK or the Instructors until the sessions were attended/completed.

NWUK Delivery Partner Instructors began moving over to the portal in late 2015 and all those trained after its launch were provided it as part of their training and launch package.
