Our team of Experts will be travelling the UK in order to make sure as many NWUK Instructors as possible have the opportunity to access the latest information and tips on technique, equipment, marketing and how to learn from and support each other!

9 am – Welcome and Coffee

9.30 – Hall of Fame – an overview of the past year and how NWUK Instructors have been changing lives across the UK (bring a tissue & be inspired)

9.45  – Practical workshop – TECHNIQUE INSIDE OUT!

Join Martin & Gill to explore the origins of Nordic Walking technique, how it differs around the world and how to use it to motivate certain clients via drills and advanced technique sessions. Correct faults with ease, expel the myths and be THE expert!

11.05 – Education workshop – BEST FOOT FORWARD & POLES APART

Know your Extendables from your Adjustables and be able to answer those questions about composites, triggers and which shoes are best! – In this interactive session the NWUK retail team will help you fully appreciate the new pole & shoe types and how to give sound advice to your clients. Also launching the 2014 equipment ranges and our new special offer for Instructors (25% off selected Merrell shoes)

1.15 Education workshop  – FACE YOGA

2.15   The Customer Journey – Getting it right from promotion to loyal client.

An in depth look at successful marketing & client retention which draws on the experience of our HQ experts, successful Instructors and (most importantly) from the mouths of the customers themselves  – via our evaluation and market research!
