This weekend Nordic Walkers from across the UK will be tackling the Grasmere Gallop 10 k event in the Lake District. Organised by the national Trust, this fantastic event has a specific Nordic walking section and nwTEAMuk will be there in their purple tops! If you fancy joining other Nordic Walkers to take part or would like to go along and show some support, local NWUK Instructor Debbie Jackman has kindly agreed to meet up with any other entrants who would like to represent nwTEAMuk on the day –  It will be a great way to spend a day in the stunning Lake District and to get to know other Nordic walkers as you have fun on the rugged 10k route!

All levels are welcome – it’s about taking part and having fun so enter today.
