Whilst Advanced Wellbeing will not enable you to work with medically referred clients, or to specifically programme for the management or improvement of medical conditions, it will enable you to better work with people who wish to be able to exercise safely with a medical condition and gain the health improvement benefits of Nordic Wellbeing. The Advanced Wellbeing course is an ideal starting point for instructors considering the Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral. The course is worth 4 CPD points on REPs (accreditation pending).
