Right across the UK there are thousands of brilliant Volunteers helping to make Nordic Walking programmes, friendly, well organised and professional. David Lambert who is based in Cheshire and delivers sessions for Cheshire East is a fine example and we are delighted that all his hard work has recently been recognised.

David worked hard to become a Nordic Walking UK Instructor and he has inspired lots of people to take up Nordic Walking and even become Instructors themselves.
