Our Discovery process is a great way to find out more, meet the team and ask questions as we outline this amazing opportunity in BITE SIZE chunks!
It is also delivered via ON LINE presentations to help with lockdown and travel restrictions. A Perfect chance to meet the WALX Team, discover more and ask questions.
STEP ONE – In our Discovery session one (1 hour), we help you to understand the following:-
- Our unique blend of outdoor activity and customer care which enables us to attract and retain clients and contracts that provide regular income
- How we have a comprehensive understanding of the fitness and outdoor sectors and are confident that we have a concept which includes best practice of both but also appreciates where they could do better – in fact that’s our USP!
- We also answer those initial questions like “Why would people pay to go for a walk” and demonstrate how robust our model is and why you can succeed with the support of a team with proven backgrounds in award winning Exercise programmes, sales, marketing and business expertise.
- We will explain our proven Exercise programmes that work for all ages and abilities PLUS the years of expertise behind them
STEP TWO – Those who grasp the concept and share our vision are invited to join us for Discovery session two (1 hour) where we will:-
- Drill down into the comprehensive tools, systems and support that we provide to Franchisees.
- Prove that this is not a case of ‘learn a few exercises, set up in the local park or take people for walk’
- We will show you the systems found in a health club, client booking and management, retention strategies and payment systems (including Direct Debit) Things you probably never knew you would need to set up an outdoor exercise business!
- Show how we can both provide and upskill you to use communication and campaign tools including newsletter functionality, social media support and marketing campaigns that help build a robust Membership club.
- Demonstrate why our dedication to customer care, results and progression ensures we provide constant support and engagement to our club Members – the result is one of the highest rates of retention in the Fitness Industry. Our specialists are also respected by the medical and health promotion fraternity meaning that you could gain contracts locally from day one.
STEP THREE – If at this point, we have inspired you to find out more, we arrange a final one to one session where we explore YOUR vision, the area you might like to operate a WALX Franchise in and any timelines that you may wish to work towards. We have helped those who have an immediate need to earn an income and those who want to phase themselves into self employment too. We also work closely with Funders and have helped our prospective Franchisees gain start up loans etc.
Prior to this session, we do some outline demographics of a draft ‘territory’ so we can demonstrate clearly what we believe the opportunity would be – both initially and as you expand your skills and team in the future.
