Beccy Oliver from Bracknell in Berkshire attended one of our Activator workshops and invited local WALX Instructors Janine and Maria to deliver regular sessions with her. The group has grown in strength with one of their members, David, completing a 10km run recentlyhe started using the poles he was struggling with balance and focus.

Beccy is also  involved with the Parkinson’s UK exercise HUB and will be presenting at the WALX festival in September with her colleague Joanna.
